All service requests placed via phone, the “Call Now Button,” or any future online booking form are subject to technician availability and confirmation.
Quotes provided for AC installation, repairs, or old appliance purchases are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price will be offered only after a physical inspection of the unit, equipment, or appliance in question.
4. Old Appliance Purchase Terms
For our “Sell Your Old Appliances” service, a final purchase offer is made solely after our team physically evaluates the item’s model, age, physical and functional condition.
We reserve the right to refuse purchase of any appliance that fails internal safety checks, contains hazardous materials, or is deemed to have no reusable or scrap value.
Payment is made on the spot and finalizes the transfer of ownership to SRS Home Services for responsible recycling, repurposing, or disposal.
5. Service Limitations & Liability
AC repair and installation guidance considers general best practices and local conditions but does not replace a professional on-site assessment.
SRS Home Services is not liable for any pre-existing faults, structural issues, or electrical problems unrelated to the specific service we were hired to perform.
We mention brand names and awards (such as Whirlpool) factually; this does not imply any formal, ongoing partnership or endorsement by the brand unless explicitly stated.
6. Warranty on Services
We provide a service warranty on repairs, the specific terms (e.g., 30-day or 90-day) of which will be communicated to you at the time of service. This warranty covers the specific part repaired/replaced and the labor for that specific fault. It does not cover new, unrelated issues or damage caused by user mishandling, power surges, or external factors.
7. Intellectual Property
